Exhaustion

By: Connor Lenahan

Yesterday morning I woke up at 7:45 and worked my full shift at my summer job. That afternoon I went exploring all around Boston with my brothers. That night I worked Rhett’s Night Out from 9-12. I fell asleep last night at 1:30 AM. I woke back up at 7:45. Worked another full shift at Activities Information. Then proceeded to drive from Boston to Waverly, PA with my brothers in tow, against Cape Cod bound traffic, for the past 6 and a half hours.

It’s fair to say I’m exhausted. That said, I love it. I love being active. I love living life. While staying in bed and watching Netflix is wonderful, there are so many amazing things around us that we should do all we can with our day.

I’m back for a day or so to celebrate the graduation of my brother Chase. I’ll sleep in tomorrow for the first time in a while. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t excited for it as well.

More importantly, as my tired eyes opened my MacBook tonight I saw a number appear. This will be the 200th article I’ve posted on Unbreakable. 200th. Wow. I need a life.

In all honesty, as I have said many times before, it’s because of your readership that I can post 200 of these and continue doing it. I love it. Thank you for always supporting me.

Now sleep.
