So just to make sure, because tomorrow is December 1st that means that I’m allowed to watch Elf every day for the entire month right? I mean is there really a better Christmas movie for my generation of people? My parents have It’s A Wonderful Life and A Christmas Story but we get Will Ferrell as Buddy the Elf. I have absolutely no problems with this arrangement either. Elf is amazing. Not only is it laugh out loud hilarious and nearly as quotable as Anchorman, but the story is an extremely sweet one. Elf is, by all accounts, a great movie. I have zero shame in admitting my love for it because there shouldn’t be shame in loving Elf whatsoever. The movie is a straight up classic.

This clip package is only five minutes. Realistically it could run for over 40 minutes of funny scenes – this is both a low estimate and probably the majority of the movie, the only remaining chunks are allotted to scenes without Buddy or exposition.

So to answer my own question, yes I am allowed to watch Elf for 31 straight nights starting tomorrow. I expect you too as well, less you wish to be known as a cotton-headed ninny muggins. Yeah I said it.
