BattleBots

Yes, I am a twelve year old. This was confirmed when I got ridiculously excited tonight about the announcement that ABC will be bringing back BattleBots this summer. What’s BattleBots you ask? Well obviously you had a life and friends in the early 2000s. BattleBots was a robot fighting competition that was goofily addictive. When you watch sports like UFC and boxing it gets a little tough to watch humans trying to destroy each other. Robots that are designed to crush one another? That’s another story. There’s some innate quality to watch things get destroyed that I can find in every male friend I know. Is it stupid? Of course, but it’s time to see things go smashy-smashy.
