Two Years Later
By: Connor Lenahan
It seems almost unreal that it’s now been two years since the tragic events of the 2013 Boston Marathon. I wrote recently about how the trial against Dzhokhar Tsarnaev had only now reached a verdict. Now more than ever it is a day to pause, reflect, and remember those that were effected on that day. I was lucky in that the people I knew that could have potentially been effected made it out okay. Others were not as lucky. For them, our hearts and prayers go out to you.
Next week will bring the Marathon for 2015. Despite the tragedy faced two years ago, Boston will again run strong with the memories of those injured and lost in our minds. Today we remember.
